Welcome to forkeepsflorals.com. For Keeps Florals (hereafter referred to as “For Keeps Florals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides custom flower preservation services, physical products, and educational content (collectively, the “Services”), which are accessible at forkeepsflorals.com (the “Site”).
Acceptance: Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operations, such as our relocation to Tuolumne County, California.

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. In compliance with 2025 Data Privacy Standards, we do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13.
3. Professional Preservation Services (Physical Goods)
Unlike standard retail, our Services involve the preservation of organic, sentimental materials.
Irreplaceable Materials: You acknowledge that wedding bouquets and memorial flowers are organic and irreplaceable. While we use professional-grade techniques, results may vary based on the original condition of the flowers.
Shipping Liability: For Keeps Florals is not responsible for damage incurred during transit via third-party carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all bouquet sent to our Sonora, CA studio.
4. Shipping and Studio Location
As of 2025, our primary operations are located in Sonora, California. Any physical shipments must be sent to the address provided in your specific order instructions. Shipping to any previous address (including former Southern California locations) may result in loss of product for which For Keeps Florals is not liable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including flower preservation guides, photography, and logos, is the property of For Keeps Florals. You are granted a limited license for personal use. The use of AI web crawlers or bots to scrape our preservation techniques or imagery for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
The information and services on this Site may include inaccuracies.
“As-Is” Basis: All preservation services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Due to the nature of organic decay, we do not warrant that colors will remain identical to fresh flowers over time.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, For Keeps Florals’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tuolumne County, California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
